The Ministry Of Tourism has organized this festival every year.

This year, 2023, 10th Sea Festival organize under the theme of "Together for Tourism" which will take place from 1st to 3rd December 2023 in Kep Province.

This year’s festival would be fun and fruitful. With memories from participants and will help to promote the World's Most Beautiful Beaches at the Southwest coast area of Cambodia.

Note: the World's Most Beautiful Beaches was recognized by and at the Club's 7th General Assembly on May 26, 2011 in Tobacouta, Senegal under the common name "Cambodia Bay" and is nicknamed "Cambodia Bay: The Rising Star of the Southwest.
