Starting with a visit to the local market then upon arrival, meet with your Chef or your local host, and you will learn how to prepare ingredients such as spices, meat, and various vegetables that you will use in Khmer cuisine. You will then participate in the preparation of the dishes and learn how to use and cook them. The final step will be tasting your lunch! No worries if you are busy during the daytime, then we can do it in the evening by just skipping the visit to the local market.
